Today a couple who had been to the website came into the shop for the first time for a general 'look see'. We chatted about tea, herbs, our mutual love of dogs as the husband checked out the Herb Pharm tinctures. Medium length story short, after handing the husband the shopping bag containing various herbs and Herb Pharm's Male Sexual Vitality Tonic purchased, he turns to his wife and says, with a sparkle in his eye and grin on his face, "honey let's go home". The wife responds, "but I thought you wanted to", then stops, looks at me with a 'i just missed the obvious' smile and says "see ya!" as she pulls her husband by hand and heads for the door.
Before leaving the couple gave permission for me to share this story on the blog because of what my response was to them, actually the husband told me to "shout it out loud". So with that said I will shout out loud my response to them:
"YOU GUYS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO TAKE THE EXPRESSION 'ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER' TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL".
