...or as I say when I feel this way...a sore froat. Yup woke up with a nasty sore throat today, you know, the kind that feels sore in your nose? This is where having around 170 herbs in front of me really comes in handy!
 
My sore throat, overall cruddy feeling tea included:
Ginger Root
Lavender
Slippery Elm
Scullcap
Lemongrass
Onion
Echinacea
Thyme
Nettle
Spearmint

Sort of a hodge podge tea but that wasn't by accident - my energy feels hodgy-podge so my herbal choice is just a mirror of that.

Be gone sore froat tea
Along with drinking a steady stream of tea comes with it a frequent gargle of Golden Seal, Cayenne, Clove, Myrrh, Peppermint and some dead sea salt...a favorite gargle blend of mine. And since it is hard sometimes to fall asleep when you feel icky, adding some Chamomile, Passion Flower, Valerian or Lemon Balm to your evening cup of tea should help with the Zzzzzzzs. I wish you and your immune system well!
