Shipping
To ensure the freshest quality your order will be packaged on the same day it is shipped. Standard shipping turn-around time is 24 to 48 hours once payment has been cleared via PayPal. If received early enough in the day, we will do our best to get your goodies in the mail the same day! Please contact us if you need express shipping.
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Shipping rates* are calculated on the total weight of items ordered.
*Please note: The shipping rate calculated through PayPal at the time of placing your online order is only an estimate due to the way items vary in shape & density. Should the actual shipping amount exceed the amount calculated when you place your order, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you for the difference, allowing you the opportunity to decide if you accept the amount. On the flip side, should the estimated shipping cost exceed the actual shipping cost, you will be refunded the difference. Greedy shipping policies are a pet peeve of ours so you can be sure you will only be charged the actual shipping cost. We pride ourselves on good shipping Karma.

Refund & Exchange Policy
To maintain a high level quality assurance, bulk herbs, teas, HerbPharm tinctures, elixirs, essential oils, soap, gourds, tea supplies and/or any item where the package/seal has been broken/opened are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Unopened items not on this list may be eligible for a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item upon return. This return/exchange policy is one way I try to do my part to reduce waste of materials because if the items listed above were returned, they would not be re-sold or used as there would be no way to ensure safety and sanitary conditions.
